Cavaleir king charles, really small, and pregnant?

Our dog is really small, shes gotten pregnant from my mums friends dog. We never meant for her to get pregnant and we are taking hee to the vet tomorrow. We are scared because she is so small evern though the people on reception at the desk said she would be fine and that size doesnt matter but im still really worried. Will she be okay?
