In the HBO show Rome Pullo and Varenas escorted Cleopatra to Rome. It was Cleopatra plan to seduce Ceaser and make him her's baby daddy when she got there. But she was ovulating during the trip and knew she wouldn't arrive in time. So, at first she wanted Varenas to inpregnant her but he refused. So her only option was then Pullo.
