My son was in possession of a firearm after a former conviction. A young man got MY gun out of MY truck and shot himself. Now, they are pressing charges on my son for possession of a firearm afc. He is in jail in Tx on unrelated charges, and now have fugitive from justice charges hold on him. How can they do this?
