Dose my TOKAY have worms???

last night my tokay gecko emptyed its tummy ( took a s.hit) and on it there were these little white things sliming around on the out side of her poo... is this worms?? if so can it b deadly? and what can i do to get ride of em?. secondly this morning her skin is gone all dride out, she looks 'misty' i think she might be sheding but also think it might be the worms. she only 6 months and iv had her just over a week, any info would b nice.. ;)
