What is wrong with me?

Recently i bought a Trion:Z wrist band which emits ions or something, after a few days my right arm felt very sensitive, and now i have a small series of red bumps on my lower arm and a larger series of bumps on my upper arm, my arm is constantly burning and it hurts to lift up my arm, im a afraid it could be shingles? or could this just be an allergy?
