Newly married-California-W-4 questions! Can someone help?

Im filling out a W4 form for a new job. I am married and we both work. Should I claim an allowance? Should I claim exemption? Should I withhold an additional amount from my paycheck?! I dont get any of this! And I know my boss can't legally give me the advice, please help!
