California AB962 status, Whats going on?

Our great Gov. here in CA has already signed the bill into law, it will take place somewhere around January 2010 or February 2010. Stock up while you can, but I have heard rumors about some legal action going on to over turn the bill. One report I heard is that CA will lose over $30 million in lost revenue, way to go the economy is in the dumps, so lets make it worse. One thing that was not included in the bill is that it is not illegal for interstate commence, so if you live in CA you can go to any other state and buy as much handgun ammo as you can afford, and bring it back to California
