Got a dwarf hamster yestrday, she is startin to squeak and try to bite me whn i take her out of her bed. HELP?

i just got her yesterday, she is normally totally fine with me waking her up, but i took her out about 5 minutes ago and she made this scratchy squeek noise and moved away trying to attack my arm, or anything i put near her.. i'm wondering whats happening??!
