Is this flirting or just friendly?

Well, on thursday, my best friends cousin came down and when he was there, he was dead playful (maybe flirting with me) he was play fighting with me and chasing me, an everytime he walked past me he would poke me or something.. then on saturday, i saw him again an he was sat really close to me, playing games on his ipad with me.. he always makes fun of me, like teases me about things that i didnt know an calls me thick (joking of course.. We watched a film too an he said, 'ill be your pillow, so rest your head on me' xD. an yesterday he sat infront of me at the table and i accidently put my foot on his foot an he looked undeer the table an then put his foot on mine, an then i moved mine an he then put it back ontop of mine.. i tink i also caught his looking at me but not too sure.. he has a girlfirend too.. but i just wanna know what you all make of this?
