Who here thinks that Cannibal Corpse is a overrated death metal band?

Sure they are overrated, in the sense that people have heard of them, yet they do a bad job representing good death metal, but who cares, people will listen to what they like and if cannibal corpse makes some kid in puberty feel tough let them. Enjoy the music that you enjoy. I agree that Cannibal Corpse are not good death metal, they are many bands who are better in the genre, but I would prefer that my favourite bands are not ed on by every other kid who wants to be a metalhead.
