Why is Rush Limbaugh Gushing Over Unionized Hospitals and Socialized Medicine?

Could you please clarify? Are you are saying that Hawaii's health care is socialized because they require all employers to provide quality health care benefits to any employee who works 20 hours a week or more or because the government is supplying the health care coverage?
