I have a 03 Mercedes c230 with 60k miles. Recently my Warranty co. declined a claim due to carbon build up. ?

With the way it is written up they can interpret it to be anything that happens to the car as being your fault. Talk to a lawyer. These people are just crooks trying to beat you out of paying for it.
