Test your blood glucose with a meter. Does your Grandma have one? A good range for BG is 80 to 115, if you have fasted. It can be slightly higher if you have eaten. I would see a doctor, because this could be very serious. It's not normal to have low BG if you are not on medication or insulin. Not eating and working out hard can drop BG levels down, but it has to be pretty extreme. I've felt light headed after running marathons, because my BG dropped, but it went up quickly once I ate something.
