Why is Alonso not penalised?

I cannot understand the decision in F1...to find that Alonso is partly responcible for playing about with ilegal info...To use it to try and improve his position...this year and the future...to try and blackmail Ron Dennis and cheat......To cost the team their Constructers Championship and �50Million........but...nil penatlty goes to him at all.You and I can see the lowering of moral caused by him and DelaRosa etc...I do not understand why he and Ferarri etc all get away with it while his team and maybe other teams will all pay in lost results?
